The counters are in.

Thursday the counters were installed. The dishwasher and stove are in place - but waiting for our electrician.

The counters look amazing.

Here is a view looking out the window by the sink. We will now have a cabinet on the right side of the stove.



These are the cabinet's where the hot water heater used to be. The leftmost cabinets will be over the refrigerator.

New Windows

The Cabinets are In

The new cabinets have been hung on the wall.

This is the set of cabinets next to and above the refrigerator.

We have sheetrock -- and a lot of sheetrock dust. Plus last night we purchased all of the cabinets from IKEA. They should be delivered this afternoon.

Here is a photo of the insulation on the outside walls. I swear this afternoon - with the western sun beating down on the wall by the sink - that it actually feels cooler in there.

Next is inspections - and then drywall.
